郭力铭，1995年7月，工学博士，讲师

长期从事港航资源配置、港口资源调度、多港口资源分配等方面的研究，相关学术成果发表于《Transportation Research Part B：Methodological》、《Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review》、《Computers & Industrial Engineering》、《交通运输系统工程与信息》等国内外权威期刊。
