摘要:
The environment in which maritime supply chains operate has become increasingly volatile in recent years. This research seeks to determine the critical enablers of resilient maritime supply chains in the face of geopolitical and trade-related uncertainties using multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA). The critical enablers considered include Technological, Operational, and Governance enablers. The presentation will discuss the MCDA findings based on focused group discussions with maritime and supply chain professionals and the managerial implications.
