On April 24, Prof. Fei Jiangang of Australian Maritime College of University of Tasmania visited DMU. DMU Vice President Zhao Youtao met the guest.
Zhao Youtao conveyed a warm welcome to Prof. Fei and introduced DMU’s majors. He expressed that DMU had teacher exchanges with AMC before and hoped to promote student exchange, collaborative educational program and cooperative research comprehensively.
Fei Jiangang thanked DMU’s reception and he introduced Australian Maritime College. He highly appreciated Zhao’s suggestions of comprehensive cooperation. He said that DMU is first choice of AMC to promote cooperation. And then, they discussed about student exchange, research cooperation and teacher exchange.
After the meeting, Prof. Fei gave a lecture on “The Challenges and Chances of Marine, Logistics and supply chain.
Leaders and staffs of DMU International Cooperation and Exchange Office, Navigation College, Marine Engineering College, Marine Electrical Engineering College, Transportation Engineering College, Shipping Economics and Management College and Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering College were at the meeting.
